Proposal Submittal. Contractor shall confirm receipt of the Request for Quote within twenty-four (24) hours and submit Detailed Scope of Work and Cost Proposal within five (5) working days unless otherwise authorized in writing by County. Contractor agrees to make a thorough analysis of each Request for Quote and submit all requests for information to the County, in writing. All requests for information and the responses are to be documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. The requests shall include supporting sketches or information necessary to properly convey requested information. Contractor shall submit recommended solution(s) review and consideration the requests for information shall not extend the Proposal due date unless mutually agreed to by County.

Proposal Submittal. Proposals submitted for the requested professional services described in the preceding must meet the following criteria to be considered acceptable for consideration for this project: Submit proposal no later than 2:00 p.m. March 18, 2015 to Xxxxxxx.xxx. The short-list of firms will then be invited to a virtual interview with representatives from the Library Planning Working Group. The Working Group is comprised of members of the City Council, Library Foundation, Library Board of Trustees, Park and Recreation Commission and City staff. Upon completion of the interviews, the City will identify a finalist and negotiate a fee for the services required. PROPOSAL PREPARATION COSTS There is no express or implied obligation for the City of San Xxxxxx to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in the preparation, submittal or presentation in response to this request for proposals.
