Additional Sets Clause Samples

The 'Additional Sets' clause defines the terms under which extra quantities or units of goods, materials, or documents may be provided beyond the original agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting and approving additional sets, any associated costs, and the timeframe for delivery. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear mechanism for handling requests for more items, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over scope or pricing.
