Contacts with Property Managers. At any time reasonably requested by Buyer following the Effective Date and prior to Closing, Buyer may contact and interview the property manager/leasing agent(s), provided that such contacts or interviews shall occur only after reasonable oral or written notice to Seller and Seller may be present during any interview.
