Consultation on Change of Program. The District may for good and sufficient cause change any insurance carrier providing insurance benefits as set forth in this Article during the term of this Agreement or may partially or wholly “self-insure” such benefits, subject to prior consultation with ECCE, which in the course of such consultation shall have full access to any material information concerning the cause for such change and the alternatives available. At the request of either party, such consultation may include meetings with a representative of the District’s insurance carrier. The total benefit package provided as a result of any such change shall be approximately as beneficial to employees as the existing programs.

  • Termination on Change of Control 26.12.1 The Supplier shall notify the Authority immediately in writing if the Supplier undergoes a change of control within the meaning of Section 450 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ("Change of Control") and provided this does not contravene any Law shall notify the Authority immediately in writing of any circumstances suggesting that a Change of Control is planned or in contemplation.
