The mitigation measures and strategies will be presented to them by the PMU at various places which will be easily approachable to them. Inputs from the IPs through consultation will be considered in subproject design and the final IPDP. The IPDP will be translated into local IP language(s) prior to implementation. Nongovernmental organizations will be involved in implementing the IPDP and resolution of any dispute arising out of the implementation process. The EA will further ensure that adequate budget will be available to implement the IPDP.
