Common use of Construction of the Project Clause in Contracts

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR (not applicable) and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, 2012and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation / alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws framed by the Burdwan Development Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, For Xxxxxx Buildcon the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The Allottee Allottee(s) has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ variation/alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. However, if any alteration/modification is required by the Allottee(s) at his cost provided it does not make any material change in the basic plan, the Promoter shall agreed to do the same.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor planplan (not applicable), payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans (not applicable) and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the byebeybtyhe-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building byebuilding-laws labwyes and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by ethrmis tby the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The Allottee ALLOTTEE has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot BUNGALOW and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws West Bengal Building Rule and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actlaw, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an havean option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot project and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the M.P.Government, Bhopal [Please insert the relevant building bye-laws and State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities (annexed along with this Agreement Agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws New Town Kolkata Planning Area (Building) Rules, 2014 and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/ Plot [ ] and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws Planning and Building Standards Regulations of concerned local planning authority[ODISHA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES ACT’2020 ] and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot Unit/ Flat and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Construction of the Project. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot row house and accepted the floor layout plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant building bye-laws and State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation /alteration / modification in such insuch plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

The Allottee ALLOTTEE has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot BUNGALOW and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationspecifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws West Bengal Building Rule and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actlaw, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
