Common use of CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/'alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Kolkata Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and satisfied with the title of the Said Land, proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the Apartment and accepted the floor planApartment, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, the proposed specifications, amenities and facilities in respect of the Apartment and the payment plan, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-Bye – laws, FAR Far and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreementagreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Real Estate (regulation and Development) Act 2016 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-lawsbyelaws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act concerned laws and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has have seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities (annexed along with this Agreement Agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperOwner. The Developer Owner shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Owner undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Owner shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities (annexed along with this Agreement Agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act local authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottees has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement the Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter/Developer. The Promoter/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this the Agreement, the Promoter/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee/s has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperVendor/Promoter. The Developer Vendor/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Vendor/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Siliguri Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/modification /alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, Act and breach of this term by the Developer Vendor/Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans which shall be approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee/s has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been DRAFT SAMPLE approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Vendors/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Vendors/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act laws in force and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/modification /alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Vendors/Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Said Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities annexed along with as provided in this Agreement Agreement, which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Real Estate Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Developer . The Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans plan approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans which shall be approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration / modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act local municipal laws and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee(s) has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment layout plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities (annexed along with this Agreement the Agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Vendors/Developer. The Vendors/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Vendors/ Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act appropriate authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Vendors/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee(s) has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the floor Payment plan, payment plan and the specificationsFloor Plans, amenities and facilities layout plans (annexed along with this Agreement Agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Vendors/Developer. The Vendors/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Vendors/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act appropriate authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / alteration/variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, ,and breach of this term by the Vendors/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee Allottee/s has seen the proposed layout planplans, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment Apartment/Flat and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Relevant Laws and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Developer undertakes Promoter under takes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Act Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
