CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsfacilities, amenities and facilities. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansSaid Phase, floor plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilities. Subject Facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, Agreement and the Promoter undertakes Promoters undertake to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Sanctioning Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation, alteration and/or modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the [Apartment/Plot] said Unit and accepted also the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] of the Unit/Project as mentioned in the SCHEDULES hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Asansol Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

The Promoter Vendor/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and concerned authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendor/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] said Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityCorporation, as represented by the Promoter. Total Price & payment plan mentioned in Schedule C and the Additional Liabilities and Deposits mentioned in Schedule G and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in Schedules D & E. The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and South Dum Dum Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment/ Flat and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed attached along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the MP. Municipal Corporation Act [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Owner/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and construct and complete the brick work along with plaster on the inside walls as per specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Kolkata Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plansplans of the Real Estate Project, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR sanction area as per Building Rules and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansSaid Phase, floor plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilitiesFacilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Sanctioning Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation, alteration and/or modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted also the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the SCHEDULES hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansSaid Phase, floor plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilitiesFacilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes undertake to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Sanctioning Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation, alteration and/or modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the ___________ [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsfacilities, amenities and facilities. Subject specifications, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation Building Rules and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/modification in such plansplans , other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Duplex and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and local authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-lawsbye‐laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and (Formerly Rajarht-Gopalpur Municipality) presently Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout sanctioned plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted Project as mentioned in the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] THIRD AND FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the said Project in accordance with the said layout planssanctioned plan, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] office and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also do strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and WBHIRA and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Town and country planning and Indore Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Flat and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Rajpur – Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws]and laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Madhya Pradesh [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such insuch plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansPlans, floor plans Plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans Plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR F.A.R. and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and “Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016” and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/ modification in such plansPlans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, Act and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and (Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality Formerly), Presently Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
