CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURE(S). The on-site stormwater measure(s) shown on the Site Plan shall be constructed by the Property Owner(s) in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications identified for the development and any other requirements thereto which have been approved by the City in conformance with the appropriate City ordinances, guidelines, criteria and other written direction. The installation of storm water treatment measures are a condition of development and as such must be completed before the building permit is signed off.
