EFFECTIVE DATE AND MODIFICATION. This MOU shall become effective upon signing by the Assistant Manager for Nuclear Fuel Supply, Oak Ridge Operations (DOE), and the Director, Division of Fuel Cycle Safety and Safeguards, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NRC). It will be subject to periodic reviews and may be amended or modified upon written agreement by the parties.
