Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to Total Asset Value Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to Total Asset Value Ratio, (i) as of the end of the calendar quarter in which the Temporary Waiver Period expires, to be greater than seventy percent (70%), or (ii) as of the end of any calendar quarter thereafter, to be greater than sixty-five percent (65.0%).
