Consent to be Photographed. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that the auction may be televised live or on a tape-delayed basis and that Bidder may appear in photographs or video recordings or broadcasts of the auction. Bidder and Xxxxxx’s guests and representatives, by attending the auction, consent to RAA/ECCCA and its licensees to use Bidder’s image, voice and likeness, and those of Bidder’s guests and representatives, in any and all recorded media and in live transmissions.

Consent to be Photographed. I understand while participating as a CaddieNow caddie, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns; provided however, that unless and until I reach the age of 18, CADDIENOW shall obtain the prior consent of my parent(s) or guardian(s) for any use of my photo, video or film likeness. Privacy Waiver. I understand that all personally identifiable information, including name, street address, email address, telephone number, credit card or financial information, social security number, and other identification is highly confidential and must be kept private unless the person to whom it belongs permits its disclosure. Except as authorized by this waiver, I shall at all times comply with CADDIENOW’s Privacy Policy maintained on its App and website. I hereby waive my rights under the Privacy Policy to the extent that the disclosure of my name, authorized image (if I am 18 or older), general location and contact information are required to permit golfers to contact me, and book a golfing session.
