Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.
Third-Party Charges Customer may incur charges from third party service providers that are separate and apart from the amounts charged by Comcast. These may include, without limitation, charges resulting from accessing on-line services, calls to parties who charge for their telephone based services, purchasing or subscribing to other offerings via the Internet or interactive options on Public View Video, Video, or otherwise. Customer agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are Customer’s sole responsibility. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card information provided to others in connection with such transactions.
Expense Payments and Reimbursements The Bank will reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank.
Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.
CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein. Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.
Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;
Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.
Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.
