Conflict of Interest of Certain Federal Officials. No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States, and no resident commissioner, shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit to arise from the same. Awardee shall report all perceived, potential or actual conflicts of interest to RISE for review before entering into any agreements or providing financial assistance.
