CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO ARCHIVAL VERSIONS. Portico may Deliver the Archival Versions of Publication(s) to Participating Institutions and individual users physically located in or associated with such Participating Institutions (“Authorized Users”) only to the extent, and subject to the conditions set forth below. Authorized Users may also include individual users of Open Access Publication(s). If any of the following trigger events occurs with respect to Open Access Publication(s), Portico may provide access to the Archival Versions of the affected Open Access Publication(s) to the general public subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to use of the Portico service, as amended from time to time at Portico’s sole discretion. Such individual users shall also be considered Authorized Users for the purposes of this Agreement.
