  • SUBMISSION OF TENDERS 3.01 The tenderer, should submit tenders after studying the entire tender document and instructions to the tenderer's carefully, visiting the sites, for satisfying himself of the local conditions, locations, accessibility of sites, nature, extent and character of operation, may obtain all clarifications before the tendering.   • Certification of Completion Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon Resident successfully completing the core requirements of the Program, returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, etc., and having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center. The certificate will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the ASHP Regulations on Accreditation of Pharmacy Residencies and signed by the RPD and the Chief Executive Officer of the organization. A certificate will not be issued to anyone who does not complete the program’s requirements.   • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
