Conclusion of Sales Contract. In this Service, the listing of the product in TMH’s auction constitutes an application for a sales contract for the product in question, and the user's successful bid constitutes acceptance of the sales contract, and the sales contract is concluded between TMH and a Successful Bidder at the time of auction deadline. After the auction ends, the Successful Bidder may receive a "successful bid notification" by e-mail, and an "invoice" and "confirmation" by mail. The successful bidder shall not transfer, provide collateral, or otherwise dispose of the rights and obligations arising under the sales contract to a third party.

  • Conclusion of Contract Within 30 days after the termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of the Contract, the Contractor must, at no cost to the County, return all County Information to the County in a format defined by the County Project Officer. The County may request that the Information be destroyed. The Allottee shall be bound to have the Conveyance deed of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances executed and registered on or before the Deemed Date Of Possession, failing which exclusive physical possession of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances shall not be delivered to the Allottee, although the Allottee shall become liable for Maintenance Charges and Rates & Taxes from the Date Of Possession Notice and in addition, all statutory taxes and penalties shall also be borne and paid by the Allottee. Till execution and registration of the proposed deed of Sale/Conveyance in respect of the Said Apartment and Appurtenances, the Allottee herein shall not be entitled to any right, title or interest in respect of the said apartment and Appurtenances.

  • Conclusion of the contract 1. An Agreement is deemed to be concluded with the Contractor only after the Principal accepts an offer by the Contractor without reservations or if the Principal receives a written order confirmation from the Contractor or if the Contractor commences the provision of the service. If the Contractor issues a written order confirmation, such order confirmation is decisive in terms of content and scope of the Agreement unless expressly negotiated otherwise.
