Provide Collateral or “Provided Collateral” shall mean:

Provide Collateral means to create security interests on the assets of the Borrower or to make a reservation for creation of security interests on the asset of the Borrower, and excludes statutory liens, rights of retention and any other rights that automatically arise under the Laws and Regulations, etc.

Examples of Provide Collateral in a sentence

  • Provide Collateral Agent with copies of all agreements between Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and any landlord or warehouseman which owns any premises at which any Inventory may, from time to time, be kept.

  • Furthermore, if any Substitute Guarantor has succeeded to the interests of the Guarantor named herein, then the termination of such Substitute Guarantor's obligations under this Agreement shall be further conditioned upon such Substitute Guarantor satisfying the requirements with respect to a Substitute Guarantor under each of the New Guaranties, including, without limitation, the obligation to Provide Collateral under each of the New Guaranties (if applicable).

  • Provide Collateral Agent five (5) days prior written notice before establishing any Collateral Account at or with any bank or financial institution.
