Comprehensive Action Plan. Within four months of the Effective Date, JCMSC shall submit to the United States a comprehensive action plan specifying the measures it intends to take in order to bring JCMSC into compliance with the substantive requirements of the Agreement, including anticipated timeframes for completion of each measure.

Comprehensive Action Plan. Within two (2) months of the Effective Date, LCJDC shall submit to the United States a comprehensive action plan specifying the measures the County intends to take in order to bring LCJDC into compliance with the substantive requirements of the Agreement, including anticipated timeframes for completion of each measure.
