Compliance with the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements. As a subrecipient of the Federal Award, the Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards as found in 2 CFR Part 200. If the Federal Awarding Agency is HHS, the Subrecipient shall instead comply with all applicable provisions of the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards for HHS Awards as found in 45 CFR Part 75.
