Compliance with Law and Policy, Facility Standards and Licensing. Contractor shall comply with all: pertinent local, state and federal laws and regulations as well as Agency policies and procedures applicable to contractor’s programs as specified in this Contract. The Agency shall notify the Contractor of any applicable new or revised laws, regulations, policies or procedures which the Agency has responsibility to promulgate or enforce; and applicable local, state and federal licensing, zoning, building, health, fire and safety regulations or ordinances, as well as standards and criteria of pertinent state and federal authorities. Unless otherwise provided by law, the Contractor is not relieved of compliance while formally contesting the authority to require such standards, regulations, statutes, ordinance or criteria.
