Compliance Monitoring and Corrective Actions. The Commission will monitor the Grantee’s service delivery to determine if the Grantee has achieved the required level of performance. If the Commission in its sole discretion determines that the Grantee failed to meet any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, the Grantee will be sent a formal written notice. The Grantee shall correct all identified deficiencies within forty-five (45) days of notice. Failure to achieve 100% compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or failure to correct the deficiencies identified in a notice identifying deficiencies within the time frame specified may result in delays in payment or termination of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
