Monitoring Schedule. The City monitors for compliance with HOME requirements annually. The Owner will be responsible for reporting beneficiary and rent data on each HOME Unit on HOME Monitoring Checklist 6-D (attached as Exhibit “E”) throughout each year. Additionally, on-site monitoring to inspect individual units (a minimum of 20%), review of rent and occupancy requirements, review of the lease in effect and tenant selection policies, and other items noted in this Agreement will be conducted in the first year of this Agreement, and every subsequent year. Monitoring Schedule. As per Annexure -III of the TGM issued by MoEF&CC and guidelines of CPCB Ambient air quality monitoring was carried out twice a week with a frequency of 24 hours for 12 weeks. Ambient Air Quality Monitoring (AAQM) stations were set up at 8 locations with due consideration to the above mentioned points. AAQM locations were selected in downwind and upwind direction of the proposed mining lease area covering core and buffer zones. The details of the monitoring stations are given in Figure 3.2. Ambient air quality monitoring was carried out twice a week with a frequency of 24 hours for 12 weeks during the study period. The common air pollutant namely, Particulate Matter-10 (PM10), Sulphur-dioxide (SO2), Oxides of Nitrogen (NO2) has been measured through a planned field monitoring. Statistical parameters like minimum, maximum, average and 98th percentiles have been computed from the observed field data for all sampling stations. These are compared with the standards prescribed by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for industrial, residential rural and other area. Additionally, an on-site monitoring to inspect individual units (a minimum of 20%); review rent and occupancy requirements; review the lease in effect and tenant selection policies, and other items noted in this Agreement will be conducted in the first year of this Agreement and, because the Project has a projected seventy- two (72)) HOME units, every year following that.
