Completion of Assessment Activities. 1. The CAR shall properly document the completion of all activities described in the EPA- approved workplan. This must be done through a final report or letter from a Qualified Environmental Professional, or other documentation provided by a State or Tribe that shows assessments are complete. In accordance with 2 CFR § 200.333 the CAR shall maintain records pertaining to the cooperative for a minimum of three (3) years following submission of the final financial report unless one or more of the conditions described in the regulation applies. The CAR shall provide access to records relating to assessments supported with assessment cooperative agreement funds to authorized representatives of the Federal government as required by 2 CFR § 200.336.
