Competency Assessment. All employees will be assessed by the Company’s qualified Competency Based Trainers according to the criteria agreed. Once assessment has been completed successfully, prior to promotion, the employee will be required to demonstrate over an agreed period, they have reached an agreed KPI based upon a level of output and quality. This criteria will be agreed by the factory manager/supervisor, the CB trainer and the existing level employees who have been assessed as competent in the role.

Competency Assessment. Competency Assessment is defined as the process of determining whether a clinical provider has achieved basic competence in delivering an evidence-based practice (EBP). CONTRACTOR will determine competency based on a review of training the clinical provider has completed and evaluation of a written case conceptualization and an audiotape that demonstrates the clinical provider’s use of the EBP. CONTRACTOR will review and provide feedback to examinee re: their written case conceptualization and skill performance. CONTRACTOR will be reimbursed based on the process, independent of whether the clinical provider passes the assessment. For clinical providers who pass, CONTRACTOR shall provide a Certificate of Mastery. If an EBP has an official certification process, the CONTRACTOR will provide certification documentation to the clinical provider and to MCHD.
Competency Assessment. (a) An employee shall always use their best efforts to acquire and perform a competency to the relevant assessable standard. (b) When Boral is satisfied that an employee is ready to be assessed to determine whether any new competency identified in the training program can be performed to the relevant assessable standard, Boral will undertake an assessment within a reasonable period. (c) There is no predetermined timeframe regarding how long it will take for an employee to meet the requirements of a competency and/or training contained in clause 2.1.
Competency Assessment. 16.4.1 Specific and objective knowledge and skill assessment will be carried out to assess levels of competence. All skills acquired will require demonstration. Specific Modules will not be regarded as complete until competency testing requirements, including both theoretical and practical tests where appropriate have been satisfied. No increase in level will be granted without having successfully completed all of the modules of the appropriate position.
