Competency Assessment. All employees will be assessed by the Company’s qualified Competency Based Trainers according to the criteria agreed. Once assessment has been completed successfully, prior to promotion, the employee will be required to demonstrate over an agreed period, they have reached an agreed KPI based upon a level of output and quality. This criteria will be agreed by the factory manager/supervisor, the CB trainer and the existing level employees who have been assessed as competent in the role.

Competency Assessment. 11.7.1 Competency assessment is defined in Clause 10.
Competency Assessment. 16.4.1 Specific and objective knowledge and skill assessment will be carried out to assess levels of competence. All skills acquired will require demonstration. Specific Modules will not be regarded as complete until competency testing requirements, including both theoretical and practical tests where appropriate have been satisfied. No increase in level will be granted without having successfully completed all of the modules of the appropriate position.

  • Competency Competency at this level involves application of knowledge and skills to a range of tasks and roles. There is a defined range of contexts where the choice of actions required is clear. There is limited complexity of choice of actions required. On occasion, more complex tasks may be performed.

  • Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training.

  • Security Assessment If Accenture reasonably determines, or in good faith believes, that Supplier’s security practices or procedures do not meet Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, then Accenture will notify Supplier of the deficiencies. Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request.
