Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Compensation to Engineer A. City agrees to pay to Engineer for all services outlined in Section III, a base design fee in an amount not to exceed $254,160.00. The following services are not included in this base fee:
Compensation to Contractor The terms related to the price of the goods and/or services to be provided under this Agreement and the terms of payment to the Contractor are described in more detail in Attachment “B” to this Agreement: Price and Payment Information.
BROKER COMPENSATION BROKER shall be entitled to a rental commission from all rent monies collected and shall retain any charges deemed "additional rent" or fees in the lease agreement.

Compensation in relation to breach In relation to any breach of this contract, the party in breach shall indemnify the Innocent Party against all Relevant Losses.
Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement.
Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00), unless additional compensation is approved in writing by the District.
Notification to Employer The Union shall notify the Employer of the names of the Employees, including the department wherein the Employee is employed, who are members of the Board of Directors, the Union Executive and Council Committees.
