  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Annual Salary Review In December of each year throughout the TERM, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS and shall be set, effective January l of the following year, at an amount not less than $106,500, based upon the EMPLOYEE'S individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYERS (hereinafter referred to as the "ANNUAL REVIEW").   • Compensation for Overtime 9.5.1 All overtime hours, except those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) hours in one day, shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to time and one-half the regular rate of pay of the employee. Those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) in one day shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to two times the regular pay of the employee.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
