Compensation for Dispatcher Trainers. a. An employee who is not classified as a Lead Dispatcher or supervisor and who has the proper certification to train other Dispatchers and has been authorized and assigned in writing to conduct such training by the Chief of Police or designee, while actively involved in such training will receive five percent (5%) above their base wage for the period of such assignment.
