Holiday Pay for Part. Time Employees Holiday pay for part-time employees will be prorated. Paid holiday hours are determined by dividing the number of authorized hours by forty (40) and multiplying by eight (8). Holiday hours to be paid are subtracted from the authorized position hours.
Holiday Pay for Part. Time Employees Regular part-time employees shall receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis when they would be normally scheduled and available to work on the holiday in question. When a holiday falls on a part-time employee’s regularly scheduled day off, the employee is not eligible for holiday pay.
Holiday Pay for Part. Time Employees Regular part-time employees shall receive four point two percent (4.2%) of straight-time pay instead of a day off with pay.
Holiday Pay for Part. Time Employees Regular part-time employees who fulfill the qualifying conditions of 15.02 shall be entitled to such holiday, with pro-rated pay based on the percentage of hours and days worked in the previous workweek.

Holiday Pay for Part. Time and Casual Employees Part-time and casual employees who are required by the Employer to work on a designated holiday, except Christmas Day, will receive one-and-one-half times (1½ x) their regular rate of pay for hours worked on that day. Part-time and casual employees who are required by the Employer to work on Christmas Day, will receive two times (2x) their regular rate of pay for hours worked on that day.
Holiday Pay for Part time and Casual Employees (Effective in the first pay period following ratification of this agreement) Part-time and casual employees will be paid one and one-half times (1½x) the basic rate of pay for hours worked on a designated holiday.

Holiday Pay for Part time Employees For the remaining term of this Collective Agreement, and notwithstanding Article 17.9, Holiday Pay for Part-time Employees, the parties agree that regular part-time employees who are regularly scheduled for more than thirty (30) hours per week may make a one-time written request to the Employer to receive a pro-rated lieu day (subject to a conversion adjustment) instead of payment as per Article 17.9
