COMPENSATION, FINAL INVOICE AND FINAL PAYMENT. At the conclusion of work on the project the Architect/Engineer shall submit a final invoice for any remaining amounts due. This invoice shall be prominently identified as ‘FINAL INVOICE’. The Architect/Engineer shall respond to a request by the Trustees for a final invoice within seven (7) days.
