Specialty Consultants. Consultants other than those listed as, Normal Consulting and Engineering Services which, in the estimation of the Trustees, are desirable and appropriate to augment the Normal Consulting Design Services of the Architect/Engineer to develop the project’s design and direct the project’s construction.

Specialty Consultants. The Client acknowledges that the Consultant is not a Building Scientist, Waterproofing Consultant, or Building Envelope Consultant, and has not included one in the scope of services. The Client is encouraged to consider obtaining the services Building Scientist, Waterproofing Consultant or Building Envelope Consultant and retain one if desired.
Specialty Consultants. The model should include at a minimum AV and security consulting. The following specialty consultant elements to correct size and location: • Equipment provided or specified by said consultant • Rough-in connection points for power, data, communications, water service and waste, gas, steam, or other needed utilities. • Extent of specialty consultant modeling shall be coordinated with the Design Team and described in the BIM Execution Plan. • Clearance zones for access, doors swings, service space requirements, controls, gauge reading, and other operational clearance must be modeled as part of the equipment and checked for conflicts with other elements. Some of the above items may occur in the previously mentioned disciplines. The responsible party should be discussed within the BIM Execution Plan.
Specialty Consultants. Determination of the need for and selection of Specialty Consultants shall be made jointly by the CONSULTANT and the AUTHORITY.
Specialty Consultants. The professionals, other than the Program Manager, of any Tier, retained by a Design Consultant or the District to provide professional services for any Site Project, including, without limitation, programming consultants, soils and geotechnical engineers, environmental consultants, Hazardous Substances consultants, infrastructure consultants, or landscape designers.

  • Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.

  • Subconsultants Whichever of the following is marked applies to this Approved Service Order: The Consultant can not use any subconsultants. The Consultant can use the following subconsultants to assist in providing the required services and deliverables: Subconsultant’s Name Area of Work

  • Consultants Any and all consultant(s), sub-consultant(s), subcontractor(s), or agent(s) to the Architect.

  • Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.

  • Specialists Persons working within a juridical person who possess uncommon knowledge essential to the commercial presence’s production, research equipment, techniques or management. In assessing such knowledge, account will be taken not only of knowledge specific to the commercial presence, but also of whether the person has a high level of qualification referring to a type of work or trade requiring specific technical knowledge, including membership of an accredited profession.

  • Specialty Pay A. The Employer will pay specialty pay as follows to employees assigned primarily to the following responsibilities:

  • SPECIALIST SERVICES Medical care in specialties other than family practice, general practice, internal medicine [or pediatrics][or obstetrics/gynecology (for routine pre and post-natal care, birth and treatment of the diseases and hygiene of females)].

  • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.
