COMPENSATION, FINAL INVOICE AND FINAL PAYMENT. At the conclusion of work on the project the Design-Builder shall submit a final invoice for any remaining amounts due. This invoice shall be prominently identified as ‘FINAL INVOICE’. The Design-Builder shall respond to a request by the Trustees for a final invoice within seven (7) days.
