Common use of Compassionate Leave Clause in Contracts

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

Compassionate Leave. Compassionate Leave. (1) 27.1 An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on two days of Compassionate Leave for each occasion that when: (a) a member of his or her the employee's immediate family or a member of his or her the employee's household: (a) i. contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) ii. sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or iii. dies; or (b) a child is stillborn, where the child would have been a member of (c) the employee, or the employee's spouse or de facto partner, has a miscarriage.

Compassionate Leave. (1a) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate two days of unpaid Compassionate leave on for each occasion that a member of his their Immediate Family or her immediate family or a member of his or her household: (ai) dies; or (ii) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses or sustains a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; orlife for the purposes of spending time with the person. (b) The employee must notify SAO as soon as reasonably practicable of their intention to take Compassionate leave. If requested by SAO, the employee must provide evidence of the illness, injury or death.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 7.3.1 An employee Employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ a period of two days of paid compassionate leave on for each occasion that when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family family, or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (a) contracts : • Contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an or • Sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; oror • Dies. 7.3.2 In order to qualify for payment for compassionate leave, the Employee must provide the Company evidence that the Company reasonably requires of the illness, injury or death.

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee is entitled to take Employees may use up to 2 days’ three days per occasion as a compassionate leave. (1a) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid days of compassionate leave on for each occasion that when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family family, or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (ai) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (bii) sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (iii) dies. (b) An employee may take compassionate leave as: (i) a single continuous period of 2 days: or (ii) 2 separate periods of 1 day each; or

Compassionate Leave. (1) 16.3.1. An employee Employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ a period of two days of paid compassionate leave on for each occasion that when a member of his or her the Employee's immediate family or a member of his or her the Employee's household: (a) contracts or develops an illness a personal illness, or sustains a personal injury, that poses a serious threat to his or her lifelife (providing the Employee is taking the leave for the purposes of spending time with that person); or (b) sustains an injury that poses has a serious threat to his stillborn child or her lifea miscarriage; or

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee Employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ days paid compassionate leave on each occasion that per occasion, when a member of his or her the Employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) contracts household member: ⮚ Contracts or develops an a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or⮚ Dies. Compassionate leave does not apply if it coincides with any other period of leave under this Agreement.

Compassionate Leave. 36.1 An Employee (1other than a casual Employee) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ days paid compassionate leave on each occasion that and, if applied for by the Employee, an additional 2 days of unpaid compassionate leave (which does not result in the accrual of any other entitlements referred to in this Agreement) when a member of his or her the Employee’s immediate family (as defined in subclause 36.2 below) or a member of his or her household: (a) contracts or develops an a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

Compassionate Leave. (1a) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ Employees will be granted two days paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) i. contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; or (b) ii. sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his their life. b) The employee may take the period of leave as a single period of two days or her life; orany separate period which the manager and employee agree. Finance may require the employee to provide evidence of the illness or injury in support of the request for leave.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 18.3.1 An employee is entitled to take up to a period of 2 days’ paid days of compassionate leave on for each occasion that (a permissible occasion) when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (a) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

If requested by VenuesLive, the employee must provide evidence of the illness, injury or death.

Compassionate Leave. (1i) An employee is entitled to take use up to 2 days’ paid two days compassionate leave on each any occasion that on which a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her household:: - (a) contracts Has a personal illness, or develops an illness injury, that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or,

Compassionate Leave. (1) 42.1 An employee Employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ days of paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her immediate family or a member of his or her householdleave: (a) contracts to spend time with a member of the employee’s immediate family or develops an household who has a personal illness or injury that poses a serious threat to his or her that person’s life; or (b) sustains an after the death of a member of the employee’s immediate family or household. 42.2 Delta Building Automation Pty Ltd may require evidence of the illness, injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; ordeath.

(1) An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid two (2) days compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion that when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or household contracts a member of his personal illness or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses sustains a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; orthe person’s life as provided for in Chapter 2, Part 3 Division 6, Subdivision 3 of the Act.

Compassionate Leave. Compassionate Leave. (1) 46.1. An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ three days of paid compassionate leave on for each occasion that when a member of his or her their immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) a. contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; or; (b) b. sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; , or

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee 13.1 The Employee is entitled to take the equivalent of up to 2 days’ two (2) days paid compassionate leave Compassionate Leave on each occasion that a member of his or her immediate family or a member of his or her householdoccasion, to be taken: (a) contracts for the purposes of spending time with a person who: (i) is a member of the Employee’s immediate family or develops an illness household; and (ii) has a personal illness, or injury, that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (biii) sustains an after the death of a member of the Employee’s immediate family or household. 13.2 XXX may request evidence of the illness, injury that poses a serious threat or death prior to his or her life; orgranting Compassionate Leave.

Immediate family includes a spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or her life; orsibling of the employee or their spouse.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 20.4.1 An employee (other than a casual employee) is entitled to take up to 2 days’ a period of 15 hours paid compassionate leave on each occasion that (a permissible occasion) when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (: a) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (or b) sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; oror c) dies.

An Employee (1including a casual Employee) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid a period of two days of compassionate leave on for each occasion that where a member of his or her the Employee’s immediate family or household either has a member of his personal illness or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his the life of the member, or her life; ordies.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 7.4.1 An employee is entitled to take up to a period of 2 days’ paid days of compassionate leave on each occasion that per occurrence for the purposes of spending time with a person who: • is a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (a) ; and • contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) or • sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; oror • dies. 7.4.2 In order to qualify for payment for compassionate leave, the Employee must provide the Company evidence that the Company reasonably requires of the illness, injury or death.

(1) An employee is ‌ 8.1.1 Employees are entitled to take up to 2 days’ two (2) days paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her occasion: 8.1.1.1 To spend time with an immediate family or a household member of his or her household: (a) contracts or develops who has an illness that or injury which poses a serious threat to his or her life; orand/or (b) sustains 8.1.1.2 As bereavement on the death of an immediate family or household member. 8.1.2 An employee’s entitlement to compassionate leave is subject to the employee providing documentary evidence to the Council’s satisfaction of the illness, injury that poses a serious threat or death to his or her life; orwhich the absence relates.
