Company to Receive Notice Regarding Union Leave. In order for the Employer to replace the employee with a competent substitute, it is agreed that before the employee receives this leave of absence, as set forth in Article 12.02 and Article 12.03 above, the Employer will be given due notice in writing; in the case of Article 12.02, two (2) months, and in the case of Article 12.03 fourteen (14) calendar days.
