Communications with Customers and Suppliers. Seller and Buyer will mutually agree upon all communications with suppliers and customers of the Business relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereunder prior to the Closing Date.
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. Prior to the Closing, the Purchaser shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates and representatives not to, contact, or engage in any discussions or otherwise communicate with, any of the Exteriors Business’ customers, suppliers and others with whom it has material commercial dealings without obtaining the prior consent of Seller (which will not be unreasonably withheld but, if given, may be conditioned on Seller having the right to designate an officer of Seller reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, to participate in any meetings or discussions with any such customers, suppliers or others).
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. (a) Unless instructed otherwise by the Buyer in writing, the Company will continue to accept customer orders in the Ordinary Course of Business of the Company for all products and services offered by the Company, whether expected to be shipped before or after the Closing Date.
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. The Company will continue to accept customer orders related to the Business in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice for all products related to the Business and offered by the Company but expected to be shipped after the Closing Date. The Company and the Buyer will cooperate in communications with suppliers and customers in connection with the transfer of the Acquired Assets to the Buyer on the Closing Date.
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. Prior to the Closing, the Parties shall reasonably cooperate with each other in coordinating their communications with any Material Customer, Material Supplier or other material contractual counterparty of Sellers in relation to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. The Members’ Representative and FAAC will mutually agree upon all communications with suppliers and customers of the Companies relating to this Agreement and the Contemplated Transactions prior to the Closing Date.

Seller and Purchaser will cooperate with each other in communication with suppliers and customers concerning the transfer of sales of all products relating to the Business to Purchaser promptly following the date hereof and the transfer of the Purchased Assets to Purchaser on the Closing Date.

All communications by the Company or its Subsidiary with the suppliers and customers of the Company or its Subsidiary relating to this Agreement and the Contemplated Transactions prior to the Closing Date shall require the prior approval of Purchaser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Communications with Customers and Suppliers. Kaiser and Buyer will mutually agree upon all communications with suppliers and customers of the Business relating to this Master Agreement and the Contemplated Transactions prior to the Closing Date.
