Common use of Committee Rights Clause in Contracts

Committee Rights. A. The Committee and the Federation agree that the Committee shall retain and reserve all its statutory rights, authority and obligations in the administration of the School Department and direction of its Paraprofessionals. All the functions, rights, powers, and authority which the Committee has now, or may be granted, or have conferred upon it, including all the customary and usual rights, powers, functions, and authority of an employer, which it has not specifically delegated or modified by this Agreement, are recognized by the Federation to be retained by the Committee.
