Committee Representation. i. The VTF shall be entitled to two (2) representatives on Committees I, II, III, IV, and V. It is understood this refers to public sessions only and that voting and the establishment of the agenda are reserved to trustees on the committees. The VTF representatives will have the right to request that items be placed on the agenda and to comment and/or provide the Union's opinion on the matters under consideration. All public session material will be delivered to the VTF when it is issued.
