Campus Staff Development Committees. In the event a Districtwide or collegewide committee is established on which classified employees are to serve and CSEA believes the committee is a governance committee subject to the provisions of section 5.5.1 of this Article to which CSEA is entitled to make the selection of classified representatives, the CSEA President and the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources shall discuss and attempt to resolve the issue.
