Facilitator Sample Clauses

The Facilitator clause designates an individual or entity responsible for coordinating and managing certain aspects of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines the Facilitator's duties, such as organizing meetings, ensuring communication between parties, or overseeing the progress of deliverables. By clearly assigning these responsibilities, the clause helps streamline collaboration and prevents misunderstandings about who is accountable for administrative or organizational tasks.
