Commissioner’s Approval. Consistent with 603 CMR 41.03(2) the withdrawal of any member requires the approval of the Commissioner of Education, and all requisite approvals must be obtained no later than the December 31 preceding the July 1 effective date of withdrawal.
Commissioner’s Approval. This Agreement, when approved by the Commissioner (the "Commissioner") of the New York State Department of Health (the "Department"), is the sole agreement between Manager and the Agency for the purpose of managing the day-to-day activities of the Agency, or any portion thereof, and any amendments or revisions to this Agreement which increase the amount or extent of authority delegated to Manager shall be effective only with the prior written consent of the Commissioner.
