Commercial Terms and Conditions of Sale. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by METALFRIO, these Commercial Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Agreement”) apply to direct commercial purchasers (including Small, Medium and Large Business and Government and Public sector customers) of METALFRIO products and commercial end-users who purchase through a reseller (each a “Buyer”). By placing your order as a Buyer, you accept and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Terms and Conditions of Sale This Price List supersedes all previous price lists. • Orders with an invoice value of $1,400 net or more will be shipped freight prepaid to one destination in the United States. • Terms are COD, CIA or Net 30 days with approved Credit. • Buyer shall pay all applicable federal, state and municipal sales or use tax. • No merchandise shall be returned without prior written authorization. • All returned merchandise must be in original carton & shipped prepaid. • All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge. • No returns will be accepted after 90 days of shipping date. • Purchase should make claim directly to carrier for any damages to merchandise that occur in transit. • No minimum order charge. • Prices subject to change without notification.

  • Special Terms and Conditions It is the intent of TIPS to award to reliable, high performance vendors to supply products and services to government and educational agencies. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders are expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract. Such participation may be as subcontractors or suppliers, as protégés, or in other partnering or supporting roles.
