COMMERCIAL OPERATION CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE. In accordance with the terms of that certain Power Purchase and Sale Agreement dated , 2009 (“Agreement”) by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Buyer”) and (“Seller”) to declare and recognize the Commercial Operation Date of the Project, Seller shall notify Buyer that the Project is operating and able to produce and deliver Energy to Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement (“Commercial Operation”) by delivering a Certificate of Commercial Operation, in the form attached hereto and as described below, from a Licensed Professional Engineer with respect to the Project’s ability to deliver an As-Available Product. Buyer shall accept such certification satisfying the requirements indicated below. All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. COMMERCIAL OPERATION CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE. Seller shall give the Buyer a Notice of the Seller’s proposed Commercial Operation Date no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the proposed Commercial Operation Date.   • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • TERMINATION CERTIFICATION This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to [Company Name], a Delaware corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (collectively, the “Company”). I further agree that for twelve (12) months from the date of this Certification, I shall not either directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the Company’s employees or consultants to terminate their relationship with the Company, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees or consultants of the Company, either for myself or for any other person or entity. Further, I agree that for twelve (12) months from the date of this Certification, I shall not use any Confidential Information of the Company to negatively influence any of the Company’s clients or customers from purchasing Company products or services or to solicit or influence or attempt to influence any client, customer or other person either directly or indirectly, to direct any purchase of products and/or services to any person, firm, corporation, institution or other entity in competition with the business of the Company.   • Conformity Assessment Procedures 1. The Parties recognise that a broad range of mechanisms exist to facilitate the acceptance of conformity assessment results, including:

  • Verification Procedure (1) The signature file of each processed file is validated.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.
