Common use of Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance. Commercial automobile liability insurance covering the ownership, maintenance, and/or use of all owned/leased, non-owned, and hired vehicles used in the performance of the Master Contract, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per accident, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage liability. Coverage shall be provided on Insurance Services Office (ISO) form number CA 0001 or an equivalent. The required limits can be satisfied by any combination of primary, umbrella, or excess policy.
