Evaluation and Comparison of Tenders 25. Confidentiality 25.1 Information relating to the evaluation of Tenders and recommendation of contract award, shall not be disclosed to Tenderers or any other persons not officially concerned with the tendering process until the information on Intention to Award the Contract is transmitted to all Tenderers in accordance with ITT 41. 25.2 Any effort by a Tenderer to influence the Procuring Entity in the evaluation or contract award decisions may result in the rejection of its Tender. 25.3 Notwithstanding ITT 25.2, from the time of Tender opening to the time of Contract Award, if any Tenderer wishes to contact the Procuring Entity on any matter related to the Tendering process, it should do so in writing. 26.
