College Review Committee. 1. All colleges shall have college-wide tenure and/or promotion review committees. The college-wide review committees shall provide a separate and independent recommendation of each candidate for tenure and/or promotion. The order of recommendations is sequential, not hierarchical. The guidelines for each college shall include procedures for constituting college-wide review committees.
