Common use of COLLEGE DECISION Clause in Contracts

COLLEGE DECISION. Following the hearing set forth in Section 10.03 of this Article X, the College shall review the information and reasons presented at the hearing and the Employee's personnel file and decide whether to discharge, or decline to offer a contract to the Employee. The Employee will be given notice of this decision within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the end of the hearing or within seven (7) calendar days of the first meeting of the College's Board of Trustees following the hearing, whichever is later. The College's notice given pursuant to this Section shall constitute a Step Three (3) grievance answer, and the Association may invoke Step Four (4) of Article III, Section 3.114, pursuant to the provisions of that Step.
