Coal Sterilization Sample Clauses

Coal Sterilization. Burdened Parties hereby agree that they, and their successors, assigns, lessees or sublessees, are hereby prohibited from and shall not mine, excavate or remove any of the Sterilized Coal or other material from in, on or underlying the Property or to otherwise deprive the Property of subjacent and lateral support. Burdened Parties hereby release and discharge the Benefitted Parties and each of them from any further obligation to pay for lost coal reserves and related expenses or damages including but not limited to any and all liability for profits, and royalty interests which may be associated with the Sterilized Coal or the Xxxxxxxx County Mine. In addition, Burdened Parties hereby agree not to utilize the surface of the Property in connection with mining of coal on any other property owned, leased or otherwise controlled by any one or more of them. Upon reasonable notice to Burdened Parties, and subject to the mine being accessible, the Benefitted Parties or any designated representative thereof shall be entitled to enter and view the Xxxxxxxx County Mine in order to verify that the requirements of this Agreement are being satisfied. All the restrictions imposed by this Agreement shall be enforceable by each of the Benefitted Parties and their successors and assigns. The Benefitted Parties shall have the right to enforce, by any proceeding at law or in equity, all restrictions imposed by this Agreement. Failure of a Benefitted Party, or its successors or assigns, to enforce any restriction shall in no event be deemed a waiver of the right to do so at a later time. Should any separate part of these restrictive covenants be determined to be contrary to law, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

  • Rhytidectomy Scar revision, regardless of symptoms. • Sclerotherapy for spider veins. • Skin tag removal. • Subcutaneous injection of filling material. • Suction assisted Lipectomy. • Tattooing or tattoo removal except tattooing of the nipple/areola related to a mastectomy. • Treatment of vitiligo. • Standby services of an assistant surgeon or anesthesiologist. • Orthodontic services related to orthognathic surgery. • Cosmetic procedures when performed primarily: o to refine or reshape body structures or dental structures that are not functionally impaired; o to improve appearance or self-esteem; or o for other psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. • Drugs, biological products, hospital charges, pathology, radiology fees and charges for surgeons, assistant surgeons, attending physicians and any other incidental services, which are related to cosmetic surgery.

  • Biological Samples If so specified in the Protocol, Institution and Principal Investigator may collect and provide to Sponsor or its designee Biological Samples (“Biological Samples”). 12.2.

  • Manufacture 2.1. The LED(s) on the LED module shall be equipped with suitable fixation elements.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.
