CLOTHING - NON-TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEES. (a) Employees in the classes listed below, except Agency of Transportation and those provided with uniforms under Section 1 above, shall receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) allowance at the beginning of each fiscal quarter for the purpose of purchasing indoor work clothes.
