Common use of Clerical Materials Clause in Contracts

Clerical Materials. The District agrees to make available for employee’s use in each school typing, duplicating, stencil, and mimeograph facilities to aid in the preparation of instructional material. Teacher-made instructional materials may be taken by the employee to other buildings within the school system, in the event of the teacher’s transfer.
