Class Size for Full Inclusion Students. 10.5.1 For purposes of this sub-article (10.5), students from the “inclusion caseload” means the following:  SDC-Inclusion (SDC-I)  SDC-Visually Handicapped (SDC-VH)  SDC-Deaf and Hard of Hearing (SDC-DHOH)
